Admission to sessions

Seminar documentation (Final programme, abstracts, etc.), Coffee and tea during session breaks, Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday.

Payment

Registration fees are to be paid in Euro and can be paid by credit card. The on-line registration system provides a secured transaction system.

Confirmation of registration

After you have registered via the website and we have received your payment, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellations and refunds

The Seminar Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration. Before 15 June 2020, 23.59 hours CET, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of € 75. As of 16 June 2020 the registration fee will not be refunded.

Please note that terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances. Refunds will be made after the seminar.
